Sanofor Extra is a peat product consisting of the decomposition residues of hundreds of different flowers, herbs, grasses and fruits. In the course of the years these plants fell into still-standing water and sank to the bottom, after which a protracted chemical-biological process converted the plants into black peat.
The composition and the place where this peat is extracted are determinative for the composition and suitability of the supplementary food for animals. The peat is extracted without damaging the landscape. Sanofor Extra is rich in absorbable iron and trace elements and does not throw nutrition out of balance because it does not contain animal proteins, vitamins or synthetic substances. It can therefore be given to pregnant and young animals.
Sanofor Extra helps build up the intestinal flora again, which ensures that food is optimally utilised.
